Day 35

Happy New Years to all my readers and followers! What has everyone made a resolution to do? I know that there are typical ones out there such as "lose weight" or "be a better person/friend/girlfriend" but are you actually going to take those steps to do so?

Breakfast: 2 whole grain bagels with crunchy peanut butter, 1 tangerine orange, and a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice (I finally got the juicer to work)

Snack: 6 triscuits

-Eating Clean in College


  1. My resolution is to eat clean & workout or hike daily!

    1. that is a GREAT resolution! remember this tip: even at your slowest, you are lapping everyone on the couch! Hiking is a great way to workout both your lower body while building endurance as well...may I suggest that you pack plenty of water and snacks (nuts, oranges/apples/bananas), yogurt) for long hikes?
